Daniel Lew, David Layton, and Stratus Consulting Director Robert Rowe were recently awarded honorable mention for the Dr. S.Y. Hong Award for Outstanding Article in the journal Marine Resource Economics. The wining article and one honorable mention article were selected by the Marine Resource Economics Foundation. Dr. Rowe’s essay, entitled “Valuing Enhancements to Endangered Species Protection under Alternative Baseline Futures: The Case of the Stellar Sea Lion”, can be viewed on the Ag Econ Search: Research in Agricultural and Applied Economics Website.
